SMS Demo Information

The current SMS vignette is a browser animation. No real texts are sent or received, no phone number is connected, and no one is enrolled in a messaging program.

Opt-out is not active

STOP, HELP and other inbound-text handling are not implemented. The demo cannot receive these commands or process an opt-out request. Playback controls only pause or replay the simulation.

Simulated handoff

The on-screen ticket, named staff claim and status update are scripted demonstrations. They do not notify a real staff member, schedule an appointment or confirm that an issue has been resolved.

Before live SMS

Consent enrollment, opt-out and help handling, provider registration and applicable messaging requirements must be implemented and reviewed by the owner and legal counsel before any live SMS launch. This page is preliminary, not an active consent policy.
