This preliminary notice describes the current BotlerDesk property management demonstration, not an operational concierge service. It requires owner and legal review before general commercial launch.

Demo information

Company and assistant names, setup choices, scripted conversations, ticket updates and the evaluation acknowledgment are held in local component memory while you use the demo. The demo does not send these entries to an AI or messaging service or save them to a BotlerDesk account or database. Reloading starts a fresh evaluation; acknowledgment is not a durable or server-verified consent record. Use fictional details only, never actual resident, tenant or applicant data, confidential business information or sensitive personal information.

Contact by email

The contact form prepares a draft in your email application; it does not submit information online. If you choose to send it, your email provider processes the message and the recipient receives the information you include. Do not send confidential information or resident data. Email handling and retention practices require owner confirmation; no retention period is asserted here.

Website delivery

Loading the website, images and external fonts involves requests to hosting and asset providers, which may process technical information such as IP addresses. This is separate from browser-only demo input. Hosting logs, any platform telemetry or analytics, provider practices and retention have not been verified for this notice and need owner review; no analytics configuration or retention period is asserted.

Before commercial launch

The owner must confirm data handling, providers, retention periods, privacy rights and contact procedures with legal review before offering live services. Account access, export and deletion tools are not implemented in this demo.
